Our team provides treatment by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment that we have reserved exclusively for you, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Financial Policy

Our desire is to provide you with the highest level of quality care while also working with a financial plan that best meets your needs. Our office provides a courtesy discount of 5% for payment in full at the time of service by cash or check as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit.

We offer a discount to our seniors 62 years and older of 6% for payment in full at the time of service.

Dental Insurance Policy

To ensure that our patients are able to select the dentist and level of quality care they are looking for without feeling restricted by insurance limitations, we do not participate as a “preferred provider” with any particular plan. We do accept dental insurance, even though we do not participate as a “preferred provider” in the plan that you carry. This allows patients to select us as their care provider without restrictions and allows us to provide the dental care that you choose.

Working outside of the network allows us to charge a fair and fixed rate for the specific procedures that we offer, it enables us to utilize the highest quality labs and materials, and we are pleased to offer our patients excellent dental care that isn’t restricted by any insurance carrier’s contract.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to provide you with a written pre-treatment estimate detailing the recommended treatment, treatment fees, estimated insurance payment and your estimated co-payment (due at the time of service). As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for services provided.
